Help Raise Funds for The Shepherd's Inn, a Homeless Shelter in Thomasville
Credit union members can purchase raffle tickets to win a free weekend stay for 2 at Myrtle Beach Resorts. Tickets are being sold at the credit union.
Cost is $5 per ticket, or $12 for 3 tickets. The drawing will be held on August 3, 2010. A chance to win a free weekend getaway and do something positive
for the community at the same time. What could be better than that?
We are also collecting donations of canned goods that will be delivered to the shelter to help with their needs. Please help us help our community!

of using more fuel-efficient vehicles. We are displaying the Guides in a prominent place for patrons seeking information about purchasing new vehicles. Copies of the Guide can be downloaded at

IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT YOUR SAVINGS INSURANCE
Congress recently passed major legislation referred to as the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. Included in this law is the increase of depository insurance coverage by the NCUA, a federal government agency, from $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 for credit unions. The increase went into effect immediately until December 31, 2009 and will be reviewed again at that time.
You should know that while many banks have failed recently, no one has ever lost a single penny in an NCUA federally insured credit union. So while we are all concerned about current economic conditions, rest assured one thing you do not have to worry about is your money when it is in the credit union.

SIGN UP FOR E-STATEMENTS NOW - IT'S FREE AND EASY
First, you must be an on-line banking user. Please come by the Credit Union and indicate the accounts you would like to make on-line transfers to/from. Once you have activated your on-line banking account, you may sign up for E-statements from the convenience of your own home. You will need to provide your email address where you wish to receive the statement. You will receive an email notifying you that your monthly/quarterly statement is available for retrieval on-line. It's that simple! And On-Line banking and E-Statments are both totally FREE! Simplify your finances and eliminate some paper too.

This will ensure that your deposits or payments are applied to the proper account.
